I have turned my passion for health and fitness into a professional life choice and hope that my enthusiasm will inspire, motivate and encourage you to reach your goals.

At Amy Humphreys Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor (AmyPT) I primarily on Functional Fitness, both in my Classes and Personal Training.  I focus on training the body to be strong and supple enough to complete every day activities like carrying our kids or groceries, reaching up to top shelves, lifting heavy boxes or simply climbing up stairs.  I teach a lot of movements which mimic everyday actions, incorporating multiple muscle groups at the same time. This builds strength, stability and mobility across the body, making us more efficient not only inside the gym but outside as well. 

With my PT Sessions and Classes, I aim to build strength in the way your body needs to move with ease.  I hope to teach and inspire techniques that will fit around busy lifestyles, as well as offering a high level of support and not forgetting a sense of fun!
